Okay, its a quiet night but someone found this:

The Tubeprune

Tube Professionals' RUmour NEtwork

(with grateful apologies to the Pilots Prune)

An unofficial web site for professional railway people working for London Underground and for those interested in the London Underground railway system. Information provided here is also useful for those interested in other metros and subway systems.

How many other Pprune spinoffs could there be?
:uhoh:

Are there any professional people working on the tube? They all look miserable as sin and they're more often found on a picket line.

Not that professional then. Ho hum.

(Sorry nightshifts make me cranky)

Ah, don't knock it until you've read it.
There are plans of different stations and other fascinating stuff.

Well somebody must like that kind of thing.
Mustn't they?:8

Do not locate yourself in a place of risk.
From the photography section.
Living in t' north and going down to these parts as little as possible, would have thought any tube station was a place of risk with all the muggers rapists etc you have in them.
