Have just seen the redundancy package, whats the general feeling? is anyone tempted?

I can give you a list of names that I'd like to see on the compulsary list.............starting with my desk officer!
Spec, thought you Spec aircrew types were untouchable by evil deskies?!!
A serious question. Is life back there that bad? Hope not. When will we stop being asked to do more with less, always reaching the irreducable minimum, then reducing it....

From what I've heard most of the engineers in particular the SNCOs are seriously considering it! Lets hope not too many get it or we'll have nothing left to fly, they fix b*gger all these days mainly due to lack of spares/manpower so loosing the experienced ones certainly won't help.:{

Hmmmm had very similar thought Spec.
Until I decided that I probably didn't have much of a career, so I'd have fun making his life a living hell for the rest of my time:E :E :E
