Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know that the other evening I placed a call to Continental's UK office, and spoke to a real person, who was actually able to help me with my query, resolved it and was pleasant, helpful and cheerful.
I didn't think it was possible to speak to a real person over the phone at an airline, but whoever it was did Continental proud.
