does anybody know the hiring process , working conditions, morale and compensation for PAL?

At the moment they are hiring, as far as I know, in A320 and 737-300. You have to be philippine citizen.

working conditions, you'll be flying about 90 hours a mo. in those planes due to pilots leaving for better paying jobs.

moral is very low due to low pay. No Union , no stand.

pay is absurd. 744 Capt. gets about US$2000. 320 and 737 Capts. get about US$1,300. a pittance.

They're getting paid MORE than what they're worth!
The majority of them are strikebreakers - scabs, eskirol - who bear the same common trait of their namesakes in other countries, that is they will (and did) stab their fellow PAL pilots in the back, for fast promotion which they would not have achieved had things run their normal course.

Something of a Freudian slip there, The _Saint, when you wrote, "moral is very low"....how very, very true...NO morals would have been even better!!
