Hi there. My best buddy's dad is working on a hobby project of designing a throttle quadrant for the flight simulators for the personal computers.

I was hoping I might be able to get some answers for him via PPRuNe.

He was looking for the width, height, depth etc of the actual levers of a 737NG throttle set...And also, he wants to put a flap handle and speed-break lever on the invention, so dimensions for these would also be useful.

We have scoured the net to no avail.

Kind regards,

Dan

Tell your Dad it is going to take-up most of the games desk!

I'll take my measuring stick and be back to you in 5-6 days if no-one else is in the meantime - engineers???

Buddy's dad. My dad has as much interest in flight sim as my unborn brother. (should we be expecting)...

Thanks very much indeed. And yes, I did warn him that its not going to be the smallest component of his desk.

Thanks again

Dan.
