apologies to the moderator if this is in the wrong forum.....but I think this is the right place:O
Can anyone tell me....or give me an idea as to the differences legally or otherwise that a fractionally owned/leased aircraft is operated under in respect of its usage..i.e is it still on ATO's..?..or purely private Ops. Any help in this area would be appreciated. If there is indeed a difference..what perhaps are the key elements to it?..again from a legal rather than business perspective.
