EUROFLY Service - information needed

i would like to know if someone can give me any information on the italian executive company Eurofly Service (www.euroflyservice.it), like their reputation and their professionalism from a pilot's point of view.
Anything good or bad will be appreciated.

I applied to them for a position and wasn't even extended the common courtesy of a reply.

Might give you an idea what they think of pilots in general.

Actually, it is happening a lot in recent times with a lot of operators. Courtesy, like manners seem to be a thing of the past.
