Heard rumors that there's a serious approach from a possible buyer. Maybe one of the big players in the charter market? Any info?
Thanks

Didn't/hasn't Aer Lingus got a stake in Futura or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Aer Lingus did have a majority share in futura. However sold it off during restructuring and now only have about a 10% share in them.

Actually EI kept 20% of it. The rest was sold to an investments company (Corpfin), to the managers and some part to the rest of the workers. It seems they learned something from Barbara Cassani, and maybe W.Walsh also wants to learn something of this move (heard he is seeking a MBO).
Anyway, there are some rumors that Corpfin is looking forward to sell in the very near future. Who might be the buyer, considering oil prices etc.?
