ATC vs PILOTS

ATC- tell all about pilots from your standpoint.
PILOTS- tell atc from your standpoint.

What you like and what you don't. R/T, clearances, speeds, alt setting, sids stars etc etc etc etc etc.Seems to me, we definately need feedback from both sides. Perhaps we could stop the war.
