I rang yesterday to be placed on hold for 12 mins 32 secs (According to the timer on my phone) for the system to keep telling me my call would be answered. No such thing happened and the system just hung up on me. Not once but twice!
Anyway rant over - got a discount on the Class 1 because I've already had the EEG with the military!
