Bizjets found in Russia are mainly Falcons and HS125s.

These last two years, arrived a Legacy, a GIV and some GLEX based out of Russia.

In Latvia too, HS125s are operated by VIP AVIA in Riga.

In Estonia, there is AVIES with 1 Learjet 60.

I am not able to identify any Citations in this area at this time.
I think they need very robust aircraft there, it could be the reason why.

But keep asking...

I've heard many owners use management companies that are registered outside the country. They also favor foreign crews that don't speak Russian.TC

That is right AA717Driver (although G550Driver could be more apropriate!).

www.globaljetconcept.com is one of these management companies.
Just have a look at www.falconpilot.org ...

I ran into a globaljet chap in Bodrum this summer. He has pretty good things to say about the company. As usual, every company will hose you occasionally. It's how they make it up to you that counts.TC
