Hi, I have an interview coming up with a foreign outfit who will be checking general instrument procedures in a Frasca 242 Baron FTD. I was wondering if anyone knows of one that'd be local to be. Either Stapleford/Southend......or in and around London really. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured if I even get a few hours brushing up on the procedures it''d help come interview time.

Thanks.

Ok, then, as there is such an overwhelming response I guess I should now ask if there are any in the country that I could possible get a few hours in.

Thanks.

PAT at Bourenouth have a Frasca, not configured to a baron but a general twin, very useful for instrument procedures though, excellent for the scan, speak to the CFI Steve Hale or Linda Mollison

Hope this helps

Good luck :ok:

London Guildhall Uni. (London Metro. Uni now?) have a an ATC-810 generic twin fixed base trainer. A few years ago it was quite cheap to hire ~25 quid/hr.

Try www.simulatortrainingservices.co.uk - I just renewed my IR with them and thought the facilities were very good. Capt Mike Boulton's got an ad in Flight International.
