Ryanair Staff Better Paid !!

RYANAIR Chief Executive Michael O'Leary has claimed saying his employees are - on average - actually better paid and work under better conditions than those at many unionised carriers.

Last week, Swedish trade union HTF handed out sick bags to passengers flying on Ryanair as part of a wider campaign by the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF). The white bags were printed with claims that most Ryanair staff had to work longer and for lower pay than rivals.

The can of worms is now officially opened!!

I think this might be because Ryanair don't employ the same number of admin and other non-flying staff as other airlines. So consequently pilots - who are presumably the best paid non-executive staff in any airline - will make up a larger percentage of the total workforce and thus increase the average salary level.
