All passengers are now undergoing a security check by the Mounties. They could be stuck there for a day or two.

Apparently the bomb threat was not made by anyone on the aircraft.

According to
www.news.bbc.co.uk (http://www.news.bbc.co.uk) (UK section), the flight was due to leave this afternoon.

" The threat turned out to be false." the website says, quoting a Virgin spokesman.

That's all the airline in question needs right now, in the light of their other troubles.

If the bomb threat was false and they find the culprit, then I hope they jail the b*stard and throw away the key.

It's time for all courts around the world to set an example that anyone threatening or endagering the safety of an airplane spends a considerable part of their life behind bars!

I experienced the aftermath of a bomb hoax; the chief suspect was a woman who thought she was going to miss her flight! It cost the company thousands and disrupted the lives of hundreds.
