CX cadet pilot 2nd Stage selection in late August

Dear all,

I gonna have a 2nd stage whole day assessment (including tech interview) in the coming 24th or 25th. Is there anyone on the same boat? I know that there are group exercises, can anyone tell me how to be well prepared?

CX also sent me a book, but I think it is like trash. Can anyone tell me how to prepare for the tech interview? how difficult would the interview be?

Finally, whats next if I get thru? medical? Management interview?
Y CX change their selection process?

Anyone is waiting to go flight grading in Sept?(I got some materials in exchange for u guys)

for Stage one...its not difficult...!

What I wanna know is how to ace stage 2?
which part in stage 2 is the most critical?

Dude,

Cathay 's recruitment process is rather rigid, there are like 3-4 weeks in btw 1st and interview and 2nd .

So....anyone knows what is going on with the flight planning exercise? how to prepare? and is the technical question quite into?
