What city has the furthest-apart airports?

Folks:

Not an anorak question, honest :O - this does actually have some potential relevance to a project I'm working on and I wonder if any experts out there can help.

What's the greatest distance between two airports nominally serving the same city (i.e. same city code)? Examples of cities with two far-apart airports might be Tokyo (HND and NRT), Washington (IAD and BWI), Frankfurt (HHN and FRA). (I guess YMX/YUL doesn't count any more.) Any thoughts on what takes the prize?

My guess would be Stockholm, which is bless with not one, but two Ryanairports.

Skavsta (NYO) is 55 mi southwest and Vasteras (VST) is 60 miles northwest.

A large inland waterway means that the road betweem goes pretty much straight through the centre of Stockholm, so their distance apart would not be much less than 115 mi
