I wish to make a formation IR ME in England, in a school which would be recognized by the French civil aviation I awaits your councils.

I think the reason you have no reply yet (except mine) is that no one knows which schools are recognised by the French authorities. You should ask your own civil avaition authority that question. Once you know which schools qualify I am sure you will get lots of advice on this forum.
