Holding Pools??

Hello

Just a quick question if you go for an interview etc and pass but get a letter back saying you have now gone into a "Holding Pool" what exactly does this mean?

It means that they either have enough pilots at the moment and dont need any more or that they do not have any available slots on any training courses.

Basically it means that if the management say more pilots now they have people ready to go.

Whos holding pool are you in?
