Hot off the press...no more extensions of service taking exit dates until after 2008, to be reviewed in Autumn.
THATS ACTUALLY NO EXTENSIONS OF SERVICE FOR 'GROUND CREW'. IT PROBABLY MEANS AIRCREW AS WELL BUT THE AIRSHIPS DONT WANT US TO KNOW.

Yes and beautifully presented to the lads & lasses in the form of an unannounced PMB, what a p155 poor way to treat your people. Totally spineless.
If I was in their situation I'd feel utterly let down by an employer who really seems not to give a monkeys for anything other than the top few who need no further mollycoddling:{ :yuk:
Still they will reduce the numbers much quicker this way.

So does this mean that NCO aircrew no longer have a career till 55?? Would love to know as this may have future implications!

This does not bode well for chaps on SSCs applying for PCs. Especially those getting boarded in the coming wks! What a completely pants state of affairs!
