I am looking for some specific information on MFA...

What is the pay structure for a new instructor? Does it go up after a year or two? If I am not mistaken, I understand there is a two year bond.

What do you reckon would be an approximate number of hours flown each month by an instructor at MFA?

I Understand since Wilson departed MFA Instructors there regurlarly hit 80 plus a month. Aileron Roll would agree there.

Sorry to spoil your mood Aerogull but frankly, MFA stands for.... Erm, I don't want to mention. Anyway, for a Class 1 instructor, you get a basic of around RM6000 per month. Yeah, you'll have a stupid 2 years contract which I guarantee that you would like to leave before the contract ends.

If you ever work in MFA, I wish you all the best and may God protect you...
