A good mate of mine's sister recently started with MAM and they were told that they had to do at least twelve days work per month and work all public holidays. Although she intends to work full time or as close to it as she can, we were all wondering that if employed as a casual can they enforce this? Or does this make them "legally" part time? Do they expect casuals never to have Christmas etc. off?
