That Safety adviser in the helicopter crash at the Karratha LIA earlier in the week must surely count himself fortunate not to be a posthumous recipient of the venerable Darwin award for his stupidity. How many accidents/fatalities will it take before we figure out that aviating in fog is not the world's best idea...
