QF Flaps not retract on takeoff.

I just heard that a QF flight from Brisbane bound Sydney had to return to the airport because the flaps would not retract. The info came from a passenger employee of mine who is not a pilot so i guess it could be anything from the slats to the landing gear but does any one have any other info before the press turn it into.

This was not a QF 737. It seemed fairly well handled by the company in question during an 'interesting' day.
