8 Weeks And Counting

Hello All,

Well its been 8 weeks since i did the sim, interview and medical with QF and i still haven't heard a thing. I'm getting very nervous, and a little upset with the lack of communication between Qantas and myself.

I've rung them twice now, and each time i was told to wait a week, that was 5 weeks ago and then 3 weeks ago, i don't want to ring again and be a nuisance - any ideas

All the other guys who did the interviews at the same time have been notified of their status, some good, and some not so good (re-apply in 12), so what does all this mean for me?

Any help/info would be greatly appreciated, is anyone else in the same boat?

gday. panel and sim mid june and received active cons 18 days later then ref checked 3 weeks after that.

dont understand what eight weeks is all about except it seems before i went through there were alot of guys getting in from the active cons file and not the interviews.

Have heard that Aug/Sept courses have been postponed/cancelled due to backlog of 767 SO's being trained onto 74's and 330's..... :sad:
