With the new CASR's stating that VFR charters must maintain 1000' vertical and 1500m horizontal sep from cloud even when below 3000' ie no scud running, what are the implications for an IFR charter that has to let down at an aid and proceed VFR at a level obviously below LSALT to its destination without an aid. Am I interpreting it wrongly?

Approx. double the limitation of the rules of 20 years ago. We managed then. No reason to think operators won't adapt now.

A few more flights will be supposed to divert. Some will. Some won't.
