How to convert wav file to midi

I have a few wav files which I want to convert to MIDI files...anybody know how?

I want to put them on my nokia phone.....the nokia software seems to imply that they must be in MIDI format (which i think is a *.mid file). So is you know another way of putting a wav file on my nokia I would also be interested
