I seem to recall that there is (or there used to be?) a rule that an initial JAA-CPL would only be issued to a person under age 60. Though a CPL holder can still fly commercially after age 60, other than on single-pilot AOC operations.
A hunt through the CAA website and through LASORS failed to provide the answer.
Can anyone help please?
