New Thomsonfly Routes - Grenoble, Shannon etc..

I've been reading these boards a lot, and thought that you lot might know more about this/be interested in this. Here's a copy of a thread I posted over at Airliners.net (http://www.airliners.net/discussions/general_aviation/read.main/1648133/)..

I went on the Thomsonfly website and was looking at the CVT page:

Then I thought I'd put in some random codes in place of CVT, like ALC, which they don't currently fly to. And a page came up..

Thomsonfly has announced a range of new destinations from Coventry Airport as part of its winter programme. A further Spanish destination, two new ski resorts, cities in the Irish Republic and the popular short-break destination of Amsterdam will all be served by Thomsonfly this winter.

"The new routes will prove popular for our winter market," Maria Heckel, Thomsonfly's Marketing Director explained. "We planned to change some of our destinations for the winter when we launched and we are very excited by the choice we will be offering. Our four aircraft will serve thirteen destinations from Coventry."

The new Thomsonfly destination of Alicante joins Valencia, Palma and Malaga amongst the Spanish cities on offer. As well as continuing to serve Spain, plus Jersey in the Channel Islands and the Italian cities of Pisa, Venice and Naples this winter, Thomsonfly passengers will be able to visit the new destinations of Salzburg, Grenoble, Cork , Shannon and Amsterdam.
