Advice on this gratefully received.
I was out hillwalking the other day in the central scottish highlands when I came across a dump of Jet A-1 drums. They are on Forestry Commission Land and are probably left over from the last bit of work that was done there. They are empty or almost empty and are in the open having been there over a year (I know because I was there last year) The Drums are beginning to degrade, one has rolled into a boggy marsh and rusted through. So what to do. Call the company or call the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency?
