Piper PA-28 reported to have gone down in Liverpool over the weekend. Very sadly two people killed. Anybody have any information?

Thanks for the link, but that's where I got the info in the first place. Just wondered if anybody had the registration, info on what the problem the crew reported to ATC was etc.
Just more details from people in the industry generally.
