In July, bmibaby will be trialling self check-in machines at Nottingham East Midlands Airport. If successful, the machines may be used elsewhere.
Also - baby's new website went live this afternoon.

Gotta say - not impressed. It may be cleaner in design terms, but it just seems to craaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwllllll along...

From the new website:Tony Davis, managing director of bmibaby said:
"The statistics prove that we offer the best service in the Midlands in terms of on time departures on our Scottish routes. We carry a large number of business travellers on our Edinburgh and Glasgow services and we're aware that the punctuality of our flights is key for arranging meetings and working to tight schedules"How can they say that after the infamous mid-flight diverting of an the Edinburgh to E Midlands trip via Jersey.
Unless, as the statistics are apparently about on time departures, it was counted as departing on time !!
