I've some ads dated June 23rd for a couple of aircraft technicians at Caribbean Jets, S.A. (http://www.caribbeanjets.com/) in the Dominican Republic. Pay is low (less than $2000 USD per month), but they claim to provide housing, airfare and ground transportation with a minimum 1 year contract.
