Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone has any idea of the format of the interview process for Channex / Jet2.
I know there is an interview followed by some written assesments, but dont know if they are generic type aviation questions or type specific questions on B737.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated :ok:

Last October it was. Numerical test , verbal reasoning paper, psychometric paper, followed by an interview with Fleet Manager, Aircrew Manager and HR Manager. No technical stuff at all!
If you pass that you'll be invited back for a sim evaluation on a 737 . Things may have changed since then. Have you an interview coming up?

Thanks Yorkie,

Yes I have an interview coming up next month and have been frantically cramming up on my Type Rating question papers just in case any technical fast balls are thrown at me

Did you attend one yourself ?

To resurrect this thread - is it definitely group interviews? Having never been in a group interview before, would I be right in assuming that it's more for checking out personality etc than asking lots of tech questions?! (That's what I'm hoping!)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
