Press Release – June 25, 2004

HeliHongKong, one of the world’s largest helicopter airlines with service between Hong Kong and Macau every 30 minutes, announces its plan to expand into scheduled regional jet services. The Company plans to use 50-70 seat regional jet aircraft, serving markets that cannot be properly served with larger equipment.

Andrew Tse, President of HeliHongKong says:

“Regional jet services can provide comfortable, convenient, high-frequency services in business travel markets that would not be commercially feasible for larger aircraft. At most major international hub airports, airlines reply heavily on regional jet feeder services to achieve profitable passenger loads and regional jets have become a vital part of the service patterns of these airports.”

“Our entry into this field is based on a well thought out business plan. Our startup team will consist of highly qualified and experienced airline professionals dedicated to the highest standards of service. Our operations will significantly strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a regional business center and major air services hub.”

We plan to commence service early next year.

Hmmm, how interesting. One of the "world's largest" :yuk: helicopter airlines wants to get into the CRJ business. Riiiiiiiight. Curiously, upon viewing this (http://www.helihongkong.com/hkexpress/careers.html) , it would appear flight ops staff are not going to be required.

What else can I say other than, good luck???
