I understand that there is a proposal floating around for Jetstar to start crossing the ditch, This is based around a maintenance contract that is being negotiated with ANZ.

The ACTU is understandably concerned about this work going off shore but I wonder what will become of Jetconnect in all this.

How will two QF operations compete ........ one with new aircraft and the other with some of the oldest 737-300's flying!

With no Staff travel (to speak of), and no super and a wage bill thats about 40% less than anyone else around, and Mr Dixon's move offshore - it must be Jetconnect!!
