Print worked fine before when on the Freeserve Anytime system.
Coincident with recent move to Wanadoo Broadband this useful function has ceased when in email.
My first email enquiry to Wanadoo got a response that "this a common problem" (I don't think so!) and that "I should copy text to Paint function and print". Bizarre advice. Anyway I am having to do similar but using MSWord as seems more appropriate.
Repeated enquiry and told it may be to do with "PopUp Blockers or Firewall". Well, I don't have them and anyway the point is all was well 'til with Wanadoo Broadband to which I am unfortunately locked in for a year!
Final enquiry just told me "it's a problem with my computer"!
Could someone suggest any settings that need tweaking?
The email system is Outlook Express6 as provided with Computer purchase software 5 years ago.
Also various links don't work either: Click and Nogo!
Thanks.

What happens when you select 'print' on the toolbar?
Have you tried 'File'/'Print' or Ctrl-P?
Maybe a re-install of OE6 in case Wanadoo has over-written some dll etc?

Thanks for response BOAC.
The same nonsense whether I try the print icon, print via File, or the CTRL-P.

I get a new window entitled:

INTERNET EXPLORER SCRIPT ERROR.

Info is then (always the same):
LINE 246
CHARACTER 1
ERROR Library not recognised
CODE 0
URL res://C://WINDOWS/SYSTEM/SHDOCLC.DU/preview.dlg

Thanks for any suggestions.

This from a Google search
"Unable to print messages in Outlook Express
This is caused by mismatched versions of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer. To resolve, either upgrade or downgrade so that the versions of IE and OE installed on the pc are identical. "

Don't forget to tell us which version of Windows and IE you have and DON'T forget to Google!
