Hi,
I have a friend who underwent invasive surgey a few months ago. It transpires that they did not inform the CAA. I'm a little conerend as the surgery was to "fix up" a very bad kidney infection, and it sounds like it could come back and prove debilatating at any time.
So the question is...what to do??? I've tried pursuasing. They won't tell the CAA. But should I? after all it was some months ago now.
