Here's a news blurb from Thomas Jaeger's newsletter "CH Aviation." The part of Surinam Airways is a half-truth. Pullmantur will operate the flight; however, it's because the Surinamese didn't get their act together and file the mandatory paperwork in time for the necessary approvals.

"Air Pullmantur (PLM/Madrid) has launched weekly B747-300 service from Madrid to Puerto Vallarta earlier this week and will start a weekly flight linking Madrid and Guadalajara on July 9. It has wet-leased its B747-200 to Surinam Airways (PY/Paramaribo) for one month. Surinam Airways launched its new three times weekly service from Paramaribo to Amsterdam yesterday and was forced to wet-lease a third party aircraft as its own B747-300 has not yet finished necessary maintenance.
