Hi

I work for a small regional Airport and we had to install IER printers as part of working with one of the Scheduled Airlines. The Bag Tag printers (512's) work great for the Airline software but as we get alot of Charters - I woul like to use the printers every so often to print a set of Tags withs the Charterer details (i.e. Destination Airport , Tag Number, Flight Number.)

QUESTION: Is there any software out there tha I can buy off the shelf to run on these machines. I would NOT need a whole checkin system as we would manually checkin the pax.....but the luggage tags would be pre-printed for us which make like easier.

We operate Win XP and have MS Office 2003.

Any help would be appreciated. Hope I have explained my needs clearly.....

Sikpupi,

Is the airline software you are using on the same computer that you want to print the charter tags from? If it is, you should have the printer drivers already installed.

Then it is just setting the margins on any program you wanted to use to print the labels.

Take Care,

Richard
