Late yesterday Casa suspended the AOC of a charter company in Geraldton WA . Looks like no more bonanzas out to the Abrolhos overloaded to the max and using 400 yards of runway.

Many would have said the owner of GAC was to politically influential in Geraldton to avoid any casa action. Former councillor, a JP , very friendly with local coppers and pollies it goes a long way in a small town . Can anyone confirm CASA action I heard they were too intimidated to act in this case.

My own impeccable sources of information confirm no regulatory action has been taken against the operator in question.

This thread is therefore at best, a “furfy” and at worst, a blatant malicious attempt to discredit an AOC holder from behind the veil of anonymity.
