TravelService now part of CSA?

Has TravelService been bought by Czech Airlines CSA?
If not, what is their current relation?

What are the general working conditions and atmosphere at TVS?

Anyone used to live in Prague?

I remember reading that CSA wanted to be involved with Travel Service, because it would give them a modern 737NG fleet for charter & vacation services throughout the Med, and would also be able to get involved with the new Smart Wings no-frills service using 735s.

Not sure if the purchase definately went ahead though.
