What airlines out there offer paid cadet training?

None at present in the UK. I think it will be a long time until we see their return. More likely is the CTC model of a bank loaned cadet entry on reduced T&C's.

thanks for the reply, the reason why I'm asking is because my cousin who is now a captain had Korean Air pay all of his training starting from private.
