i need some input on the following
we call the pilot not handling the controls as pilot not flying[pnf].some airlines might call them differently.
what if we change it to pilot flying and pilot monitoring.this in my opinion will help with the new firstofficers onwards as they will feel a bit more obliged to keep a sharper eye. which is monitoring.
