Does anybody know if Valuair have a cadet pilot program? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

They don't right now.
But do know that they're looking for type rated A320 pilots. Package is comparable, and hear that the working conditions there are quite good.
Nothing to lose if one wants to talk to them to find out more.

Nearly used up all the initial U$10 million now looking for another U$15 million. The jury is out but the reports aren't looking too promising!
