I have been wondering where Phuket air got its 747 pilots from. Are they training Thai pilots, or is Orient thai helping them out?

I hear that the philipinos have a stronghold on phuket, and they dont let others near them. Kind of unfair eh!:*
Yes they have a hold, because they did such a great job at Philippine Airlines, and Orient Thai (choke)
Incompetence is protected when you lock out others who might share more knowledge
