Air Asia pilot employment

I recently attended the interview held in Jakarta on May 10 and was invited back on the 12th and was told i was successful in applying for a F/o position. They said (cpt rizalah) that at the moment they can't issue the job offer in writing but only by word of mouth. When i tried to call this week what was going on they said at the moment they are only training captains and there was no future program yet for F/O's. My question is does anyone know when the F/O training program starts, if at all and why they don't give anything in writing. Should i take thier word for it that i will start eventually, or move on.

any info will be greatly appreciated

Depends.

What are you moving onto, and how soon will that happen.

Sounds like a choice job for you though.

But who likes waiting for it in writing, then it's (almost) legal.

Relaxxxxx, lah!
