Could anyone please tell me; pay rate/yr. for F/O on GIV for rated and non-rated. Also, daily allowance, etc....

Roughly $65-85k depending on region and qualifications.
Expenses can range from a daily max(mine's $75) to just turning in all your receipts.TC

There ICAO/JAA regulation that states that the first officer has to have a type rating, so not sure how much demand they will be for non typed crew.
