High Court Judge has ruled in favour of Coventry Airport and has thrown out Warwick District Council's injunction.
She severly criticised the Council.

This is going to cost Warwick council tax payers big time!

I am not surprised by this! Warwick DC's attempts to get the airport shut down (That they then claimed they weren't trying to) have been laughable from the start - maybe heads will roll for this...

"Mrs Justice Gloster ruled that Warwick District Council's application for an injunction was an abuse of process of the courts..... and the procedure adopted by the council was "wholly inappropriate"

Heads will roll by the end of the week.... what a farse.
