GWA info?

Hi all. Was just interested in obtaining some information on Golden West Airlines in particular their Adelaide base. Was taxing in last night at Adelaide and thought I saw a PA31 with a GWA tail?

Would also like to know their requirements to apply, pay conditions, roster / workload (for adelaide base) from anyone in the know.
