Two BSPs have issued notice suspending Azzura Air from membership. Anyone know what's happening?

NB BSP - Billiing and Settlement Plan the means by which agents pay airlines for tickets issued (gross simplification!).

Could this be because Azzurra have had all their aircraft reposessed ? As far as I know, the company is insolvent and in the process of being wound up. I guess that would explain why they have been suspended from the BSP scheme.
